To celebrate the Year of Tiger, Nineteen Buffet at Caravelle Saigon spoilt for choices with fresh seafood, premier meat cuts, hot or cold dishes, and irresistible desserts for a truly unforgettable moment for the whole family.

Our seafood buffet is legendary with delicacies caught fresh from Vietnam’s waters in the East Sea and off the tropical holiday island of Phu Quoc in the southwest. But it’s not all about the seafood, we will bring Tet atmosphere to the restaurant's usual buffet with traditional dishes that are indispensable on Tet such as melon, pickled cabbage and onion, Banh Chung, and Banh Tet. And to top it off we have an indulgent spread of delicious Caravelle classic desserts.
